Inspired by a classic, French Brie, Moses Sleeper is an original creation from Jasper Hill Creamery in Greensboro, VT. Beneath its thin, bloomy rind lies a gooey, milky core with a complex array of flavors at peak ripeness: cauliflower, crème fraîche, and toasted nuts. A bright, clean finish with a hint of white mushroom aroma follows the rich flavors of the paste.
Cabot’s Clothbound Cheddar adds a signature tang, crumbly texture and sweet caramel nuttiness to your board. This cheese is lactose-free, made from milk that comes from Kempton’s Farm in Peacham, VT.
For a blue cheese, consider the raw, organic, natural rind Mad River Blue Cheese from Von Trapp Farmstead in Waitsfield, VT. It offers a smooth, buttery texture and a mild blue bite with notes of anise, cocoa, dried fruits and minerals.
Complement the blue with something fruity. From Maine, try the Seal Cove Farm Chevre Blueberry, crafted in the farmstead tradition, using only the high-quality milk produced from goats living on their farm. Or try a firm and flaky, raw milk Cranberry WindsorDale from Vermont Farmstead, with whole cranberries giving a zing to the cheese’s honeyed aftertaste.
Charcuterie and Crunch
Add Brothers Marketplace’s own charcuterie meats from New England Charcuterie in Waltham to your spread. From Hot Soppressata to Bourbon & Bacon Salami, these local, hand-crafted, artisanal meats produced by Executive Chef Joshua Smith are full of spicy and smoky flavor.

The fruit pastes from Rutherford & Meyer bring a velvety bite of New Zealand and a tangy twist to cheese. From Fig to Quince to Plum, all of the pastes are made of real, all natural fruit in a range of intense, vivid flavors.
Crackers & Flatbreads
The cracker is the vehicle for enjoying everything else on your board. Try Jans Farmhouse Crisps in Sesame Citrus and Salted Almond or gluten-free Onesto Crackers from Vermont. Light and flaky Rustic Bakery Flatbreads, created by a small bakery in the San Francisco Bay area, were made to accompany fine cheeses.
They’re baked by hand with only organic grains and seeds and real sourdough. Choose from Olive Oil and Sel Gris, featuring grey sea salt from France and extra virgin olive oil, and Sweet Onion & Crème Fraiche, with organic onions.
