More than 70 years ago, Montilio’s Bakery introduced European recipes for French and Italian cakes and pastries to customers in Quincy.

Under second generation family owner George Montilio, they’ve expanded to four south shore locations. And now – with these local treats available at all Brothers Marketplace locations – you don’t have to travel to the south shore to get them!

A Boston institution, Montilio’s is famous for their elaborate cakes – some of which have been enjoyed in the White House.

A wide array of flavors, including Chocolate Creamy Dreamy – like a chocolate filled Hostess Cupcake, Boston Cream, Funfetti and many more.

Cookies, Brownies & Squares
Italian butter cookies, macaroons in flavors that include plain, almond, pistachio and coconut. Specialty brownies, such as coconut and monkey bar, and fruit squares, including fig, apple, lemon and raspberry.

Cakes and Pies
An elegant tirimisu with delicate lady fingers, espresso and mascarpone, moist carrot cake with warm spices, creamy cheesecake in original, pumpkin, oreo and more! Plus, mile high apple pie and ricotta pie.

A vast assortment of pastries, from cream puffs to eclairs to crisp lobster tails filled with cream.

All types of loaves to slice and spread with creamy butter or jam, such as lemon poppyseed, pumpkin, bran and chocolate chip.

Mini versions of eclairs, cheesecakes, neopolitans, carrot cakes and cream puffs. Trays of the minis will also be available in the new Brothers Marketplace menu, coming soon!
