Baharat: An all purpose spice blend used in Mediterranean cuisine. Use for your chicken, Labneh, lamb kofta, and braised eggplant. Use it as a replacement for pumpkin spice by sprinkling it over a latte.

Chinese 5 Spice: Anise seed, fennel, cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorns for your slow cooker Chicken Pho, spring rolls, or Orange Chicken. Even add flavor to a homemade noodle bowl by tossing your favorite protein and mixed veggies into the slow cooker or a pot and combining with Chinese 5 Spice. It’s also REALLY good in a Bloody Mary.

Garam Masala: Blended spices and Turmeric that are commonly used in Indian cuisine. Perfect for Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken, Indian spiced lentils, and spiced veggie burgers. Pour coconut milk into a pot with veggies and a protein of choice, add Garam Masala and let it simmer.

Za’atar: Ground sumac and spices to enhance your Fattoush salad, flatbreads, Labneh, and roasted chicken. Try with your chickpea salad, roasted chickpeas or sprinkle on popcorn.
