INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. Sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Brothers Marketplace Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Brothers Marketplace Sautéed Mushroom Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Full Circle Butter
- ¾ Cup Vegetable Stock
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add 2 Tbsp. butter and Brothers Extra Virgin olive oil
- Once butter is melted add 2 lbs. cleaned sliced assorted mushrooms and 2 Tbsp. Brothers sautéed Mushroom seasoning
- Sauté 10 minutes allowing mushrooms to brown
- Stir in ¾ cups vegetable stock (dry sherry can be substituted) and reduce heat to medium – low
- Sauté 5 minutes more or until most of the liquid is absorbed
- Add salt and pepper to taste
