Sautéed Garlic & Herb Mushrooms


  • 2 lbs. Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Brothers Marketplace Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Brothers Marketplace Sautéed Mushroom Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Full Circle Butter
  • ¾ Cup Vegetable Stock
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add 2 Tbsp. butter and Brothers Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Once butter is melted add 2 lbs. cleaned sliced assorted mushrooms and 2 Tbsp. Brothers sautéed Mushroom seasoning
  • Sauté 10 minutes allowing mushrooms to brown
  • Stir in ¾ cups vegetable stock (dry sherry can be substituted) and reduce heat to medium – low
  • Sauté 5 minutes more or until most of the liquid is absorbed
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
