Roasted Moroccan Cauliflower


  • 3 Tbsp Brothers Marketplace Moroccan seasoning
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into one inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Brothers Marketplace Organic Italian EVOO


  • Pre-heat oven to 350. Line sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside
  • In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, EVOO and Moroccan seasoning. Spread the mixture on the prepared pan
  • Bake for 40 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes until fork tender
  • Serve warm
